Chemical protection with E-CTFE, ETFE and PFA protects your equipment from aggressive etching chemicals and process media.
Electrically Conductive Coatings
In semiconductor manufacturing, antistatic and conductive coatings contribute to process safety – especially in explosion-hazardous areas or when handling flammable materials. They prevent electrostatic charging, reduce dust attraction and minimize electrical fields.
